For some time now members of the Committee have promoted and encouraged the use of DNA screening schemes and Annual Eye examinations with the aim of
improving the health of breeding stock. By holding group testing sessions it is possible to offer these screening schemes at reduced rates
At the 2010 AGM it was proposed that the Midland Gundog Society should organise and run Annual Health Clinics. This proposal was was put to the members, and duly passed.
We have arranged to hold a 2010 Clinic on 30th July, at Copt Oak Memorial Hall, near Markfield, Leicestershire.
